A 2200 acre redevelopment of the former Joliet Arsenal into an intermodal facility for the BNSF railroad and distribution/logistic center. CGL has provided engineering services for two container yard facilities and over 10 million SF of distribution/logistics buildings, including the 3.5 million SF Walmart facility which was designed and constructed in less than 10 months.
