Northwest Corporate Park

Northwest Corporate Park, Elgin, Illinois
A master planned business and industrial park of over 400 acres with a mixture of industrial and distribution facilities totaling over 4,000,000 SF. In addition, this business center includes a commercial/retail component along Randall Road called "The Grove", which provides support services for the local businesses and community, including restaurants, retail shops, day care facilities, and a hotel.

Greenspoint Office Park

Greenspoint Office Park, Hoffman Estates, Cook County, Illinois
CGL provided engineering consulting services for the 38.4 acre multi-phased development on Higgins Road. Over 500,000 SF of office buildings and hotels have been developed on the site, including the signature 12-story office tower. Development challenges included relocation of Sylvan Creek into an on-line stormwater management lake and accelerated consolidation of poor soils, using a wick drain system.

Old Mill Pond, Mokena, Illinois
Restaurant and 2-story commercial building with an ornamental pond. The project is the "Gateway" into the Village.
